Ucha Surmanidze is an Economic Risk Researcher at Global Risk Intelligence. He is in the final-year candidacy of his PhD in Economics from the Economic University of Krakow (Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie) in Poland and earned his MSc in Management from Durham Business School at Durham University in the UK. Ucha is fluent in English, Polish, Russian, and Georgian. He is currently the Head of Investment and Donor Relations at the Ministry of Agriculture of Ajara Autonomous Region in Georgia as well as a Lecturer at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University.
